Jurisdiction and venue

Unless the parties separately agree to another dispute-resolution process, any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Grant County, Wisconsin.

Each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts to the extent permitted by law.

Small claims

Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court where permitted by applicable law.

Individual disputes

To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis rather than as part of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

California users may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs regarding unresolved complaints.

Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms posted in connection with a specific Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Life Quote Marketplace regarding use of the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Assignment

You agree that the electronic form of these Terms does not affect their validity or enforceability.

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect:
